PinchenzoBy: PinchenzoTried several different clipless platform pedals with a couple of different shoes and never did the soles come close to contact with the platform or pins meaning that the platform was just extra weight. Tried these with Afton shoes with same result. Changed to Giro Guage shoes and success! Sole contacts platform and provides extra support. The quality of these pedals is 1st Class, I doubt anyone would be disappointed in them.
VP VX-7000 are an excellent trail and endure pedal
