Liam C.These pedals are relatively lightweight and the keo cleats have stood up to some fairly harsh treatment. Definitely an improvement on looks older system as they are much easier to find the cleat position when under load. I've done well over 7000km on another pair of these vp pedals without incident... Just the occasional removal from the crank to re-grease the bolt interfacing with the crank arm.
