VP Doesn't Spin
By: DavidAfter 6 months of light use - 50km a week - pedals will not spin freely, have attempted to lubricate without success - bearings are not obviously maintainable. I cannot go on a long ride with these pedals as I am afraid they will seize up completely and leave me stranded.
Good, light pedals, inexpensive
Steve M.This is my third set of these kinds of pedals. They are as light as high end Shimano pedals eg DuraAce but at a fraction of the cost. The bearings are a little tight / notchy to start with, but a few rides will see them losen up and then turn fine. Before your first ride check the release tension to make sure it suits
