Very disappointing
Jen S.Bike is poorly made. Upon delivery, brakes didn't work and needed repairs. There were no instructions for putting together and the provided allan keys completely inadequate for the job (we needed grips and pliers). Rear reflector has already fallen off. Only positive was the speedy delivery.

Jayne M.The bike is nice and value for money. The downside is that the colour is an off-pink. It would have been nicer if it was a brighter pink. Plus, there were no assembly instructions so it made it more difficult to put together. I located instructions via the internet but they were generic so not specific for this item. When I took it back to the outlet in Dandenong South, to check on the assembly of the handlebars to the bike I, was at first, asked for $10 for the mechanic to look at it for me, but this was later waived. I was made to feel, by the staff there, that I was a real inconvenience. So; poor customer service really, when they could have been champions for such a small issue.

No instruction for all of this products

I was explained many customers set up this bicycle without the instruction and refer to pictures/images of this bicycle on website using zoom up function...etc by the seller. Also I was not sure whether I have got all parts of this bicycle or not without this instruction.
