Good quality torque wrench
By: WilliamI decided to buy a torque wrench when my handle bar came loose from the stem whilst riding my bike. I had tightened it by hand on the same day, so obviously not tight enough. Being a beginner mechanic, it's best not to take my chances with mission critical items. This Venzo torque wrench has all the allen key set you'll ever need. The tightening action is also pretty simple. Since it can be adjusted to tighten one way, you can swing the handle down, bring it back up and down again. Each down stroke tightens the bolt with minimal effort. The wrench feels like a quality product too. I've bought other Venzo products before and have always been impressed with the quality.
excellent tool
The best tool I've got in recent times. Solid as a rock, pleasure to work with and with excellent quality, including the key set and the box. Used it to build my new carbon frame bike and is a must for building or maintaining your carbon bike. Even if it is not carbon bike, you need quality and precise tool like this one. The key set provided covers all the screws standards on the bike (at least for my frame and Ultegra group set). I am kind of a guy who will almost never provide review for anything that I purchase (good or bad product), but this is an exception, the tool combined with the price deserves and extra effort. Also the service from CyclingDeal was one of the best I've seen in Australia, the tool arrived in 2 days, door-to-door delivery. (Note that this tool will provide tension to your Pedals and Bottom Bracket screws up to 26Nm, traditionally these screws need tension to about 40Nm) Thanks CyclingDeal for a wonderful product.
Don't know how i survived without one
I bought this as i have been building and servicing bikes for many years and thought it was about time to torque bolts and screws correctly. Wow does this tool work well! It is super simple to use. It works exactly as described, just set the torque required by turning the handle then do up the bolt until the handle clicks. No more warped rotors from uneven tightening! It is a little hard to use with the max torque settings on the gauge as the handle is a little short, but it being so compact and easy to use far outweighs this minor issue. Get one and start looking after your bikes the way you should!
Cheap and useful
By: RheicelThis tool is a must have for those people who always love to change parts on their bicycle. I love the casing and the Allen Keys that came with it are the only thongs you need to keep a proper torque on your bike parts.
Cost effective and good enough
