Chris T.The Suntour NCX post works exactly as I'd hoped - if not somewhat better than that. Small bumps and jars did not bug me during a four hour ride with the NCX. Bit of extra weight but much smoother ride altogether. I weigh around 76kg and the factory setting seems fine for now.

brijesh h.Well, I received the parcel, All was ok but, the polyester elastic fabric cover was damaged with 5 holes in them. I wold request you to send me a replacement only of the fabric cover. I have photos too.If required I can send the photos too for your assessment.
