Steven P.Had the first one and the cable was kind of snapping off. I asked for a replacement and was given one straight away. Great service. After a month using the second one, it doesn't pop up as fast. I have to use my hand to lift it. Overall, good but not durable. The product looks great but squeaks a little where it is connected to the saddle. Colour scheme matches any bike. Great service from cycling deal! :+1:
