I have one on my lightweight road bike that I'm happy with so I bought this second one to fit to my full suspension MTB. It made this bike so comfortable on really rough roads I'm reluctant to ride any thing else!

John M.Simple fit, takes just a few minutes. Compression straight out of the box has been good - about 10mm compression without adjustment when seated about 35mm total over the commuting and weekend road routes. I have bought one for each bike - as a replacement for a worn out post on the road bike and a second for my steel commuter to get a better ride. Only issue I have found is that the collar needs checking and tightening every so often otherwise it can undo.
