Although at maximum adjustment the spring could be softer for my weight (68 kg) but takes the harshness out of the bumps, travel approximately 25 mm, not 40 mm as advertised, but satisfactory. Fits and suits bike. Seat does not give that floating sensation when riding. Value for money.
