It's ok for the price
David T.I just got it a week ago. It's a good quality shock. For that price you're not going to find something better (brand new). Maybe the only failure is that I'm 85kg so I'm running it at max pressure and still using more than 50% of the travel just only bunny hopping around. It's not a shock for enduro or smooth downhill but I'm gonna use it anyway. Maybe the porpouse of the shock is XC but I'm gonna squeeze it all. I think you can run a volume reducers so you don't botton out quick and in the future I'm gonna try them out.

Mike H.once instructions read, researched and fitted, the unit was rendered inoperable within three minutes. Very dissapointing. Cause of the fault is the small "red screw" that sticks out that little bit was clipped by a pant leg material and snapped clean off.

Jonathan S.Unfortunately I have not received the product, which is very disappointing given the lapsed time.

Jeremy N.Still working through adjustments but the ride is plush off road and the lockout is terrific on the cycleway. Had to machine the shims to fit but it worked. Would give it 5 stars if there wasn't a creaking sound standing up going uphill.
