Poor experience
Allan S.Carefully checked the sizing chart and ordered the required size. Different size arrived which obviously didn't fit. Customer service contact appeared to find great pleasure in telling me that it was my fault and that I would need to ship the item back at my own expense after purchasing a pre-paid satchel for the correct size to be sent back to me. The item appeared good quality but, due to the poor customer service / returns policy, I'll just chalk this one up to experience and use others vendors in future.
