Multiple design flaws and rusting already
Alex S.1. The metal parts that the straps go through are already rusting after only a couple of weeks (and no, I don't live near the beach). 2. Unlike most racks I've seen, the kit I got only included 2 steel pins so I can't quickly take the rack off without a spanner. 3. Despite the towball being on as tight as possible it pivots from side to side around every corner, even with only 2 aluminium adult bikes and 1 kid bike! I had to get metal stoppers welded on the bottom to fix it. However, now I'll need to paint it so the welds don't rust.
