I had expected a flimsy but sort of stable thing but this is solid ,about 60mm diameter tube , easy to slide. firm super stable, great clamp, well made stand that has made working on my bikes a non fumble 360 degree operation. I even take it outside to wash down. No more leaning against the wall. Why the hell I did not get one like this 20 years ago!!

I thought I'd give this a go, as I noticed exactly the same product with a better known brand name on it at some of the big UK cycling websites going for around $200. Glad I did get this stand from CyclingDeal - this thing's a drop dead bargain. It's quite stable, the quick-release used for height adjustment (which can bring the bike up really high) locks rock-solid with only a minimum amount of effort required. The clamp is fantastic - really easy to get it secure with minimum of mucking around, and it doesn't require much pressure on your delicate frame / seat pole to get it to grip securely. And it's all very light-weight.

I’ve gotta say that this thing is solid, really well built & looks great. Longevity ...we’ll see. Only concern is the jaw / locking mechanism which may not last longer term. Ben B.Easy to use. Quite adjustable and quick to lock in new position of various angles and heights. Foot pads are a little easy to flip when moving frame but this is of minor concern. Reasonably firm and stable enough to setup dial indicator to true brake disks whilst not being too heavy to cart around.
